Oyster Education was founded by Neil Cleminson. Neil was educated at Oxford University where he played Occasional hockey and rowed. He then took a PGCE in Physics at Cambridge University before teaching at Marlborough College, a world-class independent school for boys and girls aged 13-18. At Marlborough he was head of the 10th Grade, also called the Remove. He coached major games and conducted numerous tours and trips which included South Africa, Zimbabwe, Cyprus, Egypt, Gibraltar, Holland, France, Germany, Spain, Malaysia, Brunei, Belize, Singapore and New Zealand.

Neil left Marlborough and set up Oyster Education. He was then Head of Science at a top prep school, Wellesley House, and on two occasions has provided paternity cover at St Paul’s Boys School in Barnes, London. He now runs the company full time and tutors by Skype and face-to-face all over the world.
